چکیده

The aim of this study was to evaluate the various roles 1,3-DiPhenyl Guanidine (DPG) in silica-reinforced rubber compounds. Two DPG are well known be: adsorption onto silica surface reduce acidic sites and second boost silanization reaction as secondary accelerator. However, these two a way conflicting. When molecules occupy reactive silanol on by adsorption, then access silane needed for silica-rubber coupling is blocked. Therefore, it may be assumed that there another role plays filled In order which can reconcile contradictory functions DPG, series compound mixings performed with different concentrations masterbatch final stages. Additionally, model experiments has been done combination other ingredients, such zinc oxide stearic acid. According results new observed: possibly reacts agent bis-(triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide (TESPT) releases sulfur during mixing process, enhances filler-polymer coupling, but reduces cure rate crosslink density.
